Understand the working context
An included allowance is different from a maximum user limit. A plan may include twenty-five users but support a larger active team at an additional charge. Block pricing rounds additional users into groups rather than charging each person at the same rate. A volume discount may also reprice all additional blocks when a threshold is crossed. These details can change the total in ways a headline monthly fee does not show.
Put it into practice
- Find the monthly base and included-user allowance.
- Check the maximum supported active users.
- Apply the additional-user block size and rate.
- Review whether a threshold reprices earlier extra blocks.
A practical example
Atlas Pro includes 25 users for £50. At 50 users, five additional blocks at £10 make £100. At 51 users, six additional blocks are repriced at £7, making £92. The lower total at the threshold follows the chosen volume rule; it is not a charge of £7 for each individual user.
In the current workspace
The website calculator mirrors the reviewed plan snapshot: Starter fixed at £15 for five users, Pro capped at 150, and Enterprise £69 including one user plus £69 per extra user. It does not take payment.
