Understand the working context

Customer details, contacts, pricing, quotations, notes and tasks can provide a strong working picture. A label such as “360-degree view” does not prove that every email, order, support interaction or external system is present. Ask which information is actually stored, linked or previewed. Clear boundaries help colleagues know when they need to consult another service rather than assuming that an account page contains everything.

Put it into practice

  • Identify the information needed for a typical customer conversation.
  • Check whether it is stored in the CRM or read from another service.
  • Keep important agreements and next steps connected to the account.
  • Make external sources and missing history clear to the team.

A practical example

Before calling a customer, a colleague reviews the account, the latest quotation, an agreed price and a renewal note. They may still need a separate system for delivery tracking or full mailbox history. The account view remains useful because its purpose and limits are understood.

HOW THIS RELATES TO ATLAS

In the current workspace

Atlas’s customer pages connect pricing, quotations, invoices, communications, notes and tasks within the supported modules. Full mailbox-history synchronisation and complete accounting data are not automatic.
