Understand the working context
Keep the brand practical. Choose a logo that remains clear at small sizes and a colour that works across controls and selected states. Branding is part of the workspace experience; it does not change customer access or the underlying commercial data. Check the preview before saving and review a quotation if custom document branding is part of the selected plan. The public website and shared application sign-in may have separate identities.
Put it into practice
- Confirm the plan includes customer branding.
- Prepare an appropriate logo in the supported format.
- Preview the primary colour and workspace display name.
- Check the signed-in workspace and an applicable branded document.
A practical example
An administrator uploads the customer logo and chooses a brand colour. They preview the result, save it and review a quotation that uses custom branding. Colleagues continue to use the same records and roles, with the workspace identity now reflecting the organisation.
In the current workspace
Enterprise includes the supported workspace logo, accent colour and branded quotation options. Shared sign-in retains Atlas branding; custom-domain setup is a separate operator task.
